Corporate social responsibility

Assuming a social responsibility is not about adapting to customer demands, riding a passing green wave, or embellishing yourself with fashionable labels. It is about decency. Social responsibility and commitment are important aspects of how we run our business. Growing quality awareness among consumers is why all our products are produced in a sustainable manner, with decent labor conditions and environmentally friendly. For more information on the way we work, read our Code of Conduct here.

Quality is a cornerstone at Dymak, and every day we work hard to ensure the right, high-quality level throughout the supply chain. The ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized standard for the quality of businesses worldwide. Having the ISO 9001 certificate has allowed us to identify, understand and better communicate to our customers Dymak’s processes. Social concerns like child labor, forced labor, and discrimination require companies to not only consider their own direct sphere of influence, but also that of their entire supply chain. The concept and value of undergoing an independent, third-party assessment to monitor social responsibility are becoming increasingly important. Because responsible production matters to us, we are also SA8000 certified. For our customers, this ensures that our product standards are according to their needs and that we are a trustworthy partner to do business with.

The Danish office

Our Danish team has chosen to support the NGO Familier med kræftramte børn, which supports families whose children are affected by childhood cancer. FMKB arranges activities and experiences for the families of childhood cancer patients, where everybody from nurses to grandparents can join. As a patient or family, the foundation offers a strong network in which they can seek guidance both during and after ended cancer treatment.

The Dutch office

Our colleagues in the Netherlands have decided to donate to the Pink Ribbon Foundation, which is a grant-making trust that supports people with breast cancer via smaller charities. The foundation raises funds for researchers and projects that aim to prevent breast cancer and develop better treatments. In addition, the Pink Ribbon Foundation also does whatever they can to make life after breast cancer as pleasant as possible, whether that be by offering therapy sessions, counseling for patients and their families, and special equipment.

Through our office in the US, we are proud supporters of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the revolutionary research they fund to find cures for blood cancer. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is at the forefront of the fight to cure cancer. They are the largest nonprofit dedicated to creating a world without blood cancers.
